The text begins with the verse 2:101 and ends with the beginning of sura 98. Fol. 486 is bound in wrong place: it should be between fols 434 and 435. Lacuna between fols 652v and 653r. Fol. 398v is blank but no lacuna in the text. Some of the words are divided into two lines. Vocalized.

The marginal note consists of Arabic letter forms or resemble them. The letters appear drawn rather than written and the letter combinations are unreadable. The only word that can be easily read is Allāh in the lower end of the framed area. The text could be a copy of an amulet.
