On parchment; presence of rubrication; vowels and diacritics not consistent; many grammatical, spelling and orthographical irregularities. Included in the codicological unit of ff. 3r-34v. This is a partial copy of the twenty-third bāb of the work, containing advises from the author to his son for his moral and physical well-being. The title Waṣīyat al-ʻAṭṭār li-waladihi is stated at the beginning of the text. The author's name is written with many irregularities at the biginning as Abū al-Mūnà b. Abī Naṣīr [=Naṣr] ibn Ǧannāṭ [=Ḥaffāẓ], known as al-Kūhī [=al-Kūhīn] al-ʻAṭṭār.

قيل لما مات جالينوس \ وجد في جيب رقعه فيها مكتوب احمق الحمقا من \ ملأ بطنه بما يجد وكثرة الطعام تدعوا الي كثرت \ الاسقام والحميه راس الطب فما اكلته قصدا \ فلجسمك واما تصدقت به فلروحك وما تركته \ فلفيرك والمحسن حي وان نقل الي دار البلا [؟] \ والموشي ميت وان بقي في دار الدنيا والقناعه \ والقناعه [غير معجمة] تستر المحله وبالصبر تدرك الامور \\ وبالتدبير يكثر القليل ولم ارا لابن ادم شيا اننفع \ له من التوكل علي الله تعالى عز وجل والسبح لله دايما
