اذا اكثر الطعام فحذروني فان القلب يفسده الطعام
فان كثر المنام فايقظوني فان العمر يهدمه المنام
و[ان] كثر الكلام فسكتوني فان الدين يهدمه الكلام
اذا جا المشيب فحذروني فان الشيب يتبعه الحمام
