At the top to the left, the title is written again in a different, more readable hand.
Following the title some verses are quoted but left unattributed.
The first two verses ("La-ǧalsa maʻa adīb" etc.) are by ʻAlī b. al-Ǧahm (see http://www.qassida.com/poems/50486).
The last verse ("Rabbi hab lī" etc.; written as rasm) is quoted in the Tiǧānī work al-Nafḥa al-qudsiyya (see http://www.cheikh-skiredj.com/bibliotheque-nafha-qodssiya-31.php).
